1. Finality of Sales
All transactions made through Sky Ent are conclusive. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued except under circumstances expressly determined at the sole discretion of Sky Ent.
2. Refund Eligibility
Eligibility for refunds is strictly limited and will be assessed solely at the discretion of Sky Ent. Refunds may be considered in cases of physical damage to the item's box or figure. However, variations in the autograph, including those resulting from an improperly prepared or defective pen, do not qualify for refund or replacement.
3. Shipping Responsibility
Once an item has been meticulously packaged and dispatched by Sky Ent, responsibility for its condition during transit transfers to the shipping carrier. Sky Ent assumes no liability for any damage incurred during shipping. Customers are advised to address any shipping-related damages directly with the carrier. While Sky Ent is willing to assist in liaising with the shipping company, this assistance is extended without any assurance of a specific outcome.
4. Submission Deadline
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any item intended for autograph signing is delivered to Sky Ent LLC by the stipulated deadline associated with the event. Failure to meet this deadline, for any reason, will result in the forfeiture of the service, and no refund or compensation will be provided. Furthermore, Sky Ent LLC shall not supply a replacement or substitute item in the event of a missed submission. Customers acknowledge that the timely delivery of their own items is a condition precedent to receiving the autograph service, and failure to comply with this requirement will nullify their entitlement to a refund or any alternative recourse.
5. Mobile Terms of Service
The Sky Ent mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Sky Ent (“Sky Ent”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Sky Ent’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sky Ent through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sky Ent. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18667384322 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Sky Ent mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

6. Resale Prohibition and Ticket Voidance
Any person or entity found to be reselling autograph tickets, whether through private sales, third-party marketplaces, or any other means, will have their tickets immediately voided without the possibility of a refund or replacement. This policy is strictly enforced and binding. Sky Ent reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a ticket has been resold.
We acknowledge that once an autographed item has been shipped back to the customer, its resale is beyond our control. However, as long as we maintain possession of the items, we will take necessary action against any unauthorized resale of autograph tickets, including but not limited to ticket cancellation and service denial. By purchasing an autograph ticket, the buyer explicitly agrees to these terms and acknowledges that violation of this policy will result in the forfeiture of their ticket without recourse.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase from Sky Ent, customers explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. It is incumbent upon the customer to review and comprehend these terms prior to making a purchase.
